The FPPA KitchenAid attachment
pack includes a food grinder, a rotor slicer and shredder, and
a fruit and vegetable strainer. More specifically, the FPPA
KitchenAid includes:
- fine shredder to finely shred crisp and hard vegetables
(carrots, celery, turnips, beets, and potatoes for
shoestrings or hash browns), as well as coconut, nuts, firm
cold cheese, or dry bread;
- coarse shredder to coarsely shred carrots, onions and
celery, as well as fruit, nuts or chocolate;
- thick slicer to be used to slice firm vegetables for
steaming, frying, scalloping, or creamed casseroles;
- thin slicer to thinly slice vegetables (cole slaw,
sauerkraut, pickles, cucumbers, radishes, celery, or potato
chips) or nuts.;
- grinder body housing;
- worm;
- strainer cone;
- strainer tray and splash shield.
All of these components are dishwasher safe, except for the
stomper which must be handwashed.
